The villa is located in the Canggu area, one of Bali’s most dynamic and sought-after neighborhoods.
Although compact in scale, it brings together two bedrooms, a living area combined with a kitchen, and an intimate inner courtyard featuring a swimming pool and dedicated relaxation zones.
The layout has been carefully conceived to create a sense of privacy and tranquility, despite being situated in the very heart of Bali’s vibrant resort life.
From the rooftop, the villa offers views over traditional rice fields — an ideal setting for welcoming the sunrise or enjoying the sunset as the daytime bustle gradually fades.

The primary objective of the project was to create a comfortable and highly functional space for relaxation, while avoiding visual overload and excessive detailing.
The interior was conceived as contemporary in its expression, while preserving Balinese authenticity and the distinctive atmosphere of the island.

We primarily used natural materials — wood, rattan, cotton, and linen.
Tactile warmth was considered just as essential as visual lightness. The color palette is soft and nature-inspired, with an emphasis on calm, balanced tones.
Furniture and decorative elements were sourced locally on the island: some pieces were crafted by local artisans, while others were discovered in small workshops and independent boutiques. The character of the villa was further enhanced by artworks created specifically for this project, based on the designer’s original sketches.
